In accordance with Section 227 of the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice of its intention to adopt the bylaw cited as "2026-2030 Athletic or Recreational Organizations Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 1758, 2025" at the Regular Council meeting scheduled on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, 7170 Cheam Avenue, Agassiz, BC.
