Mayor Pranger has declared December as "Christian Heritage and Interfaith Collaboration Month" in the District of Kent. As the District is an interfaith community, it is important to highlight peace, tolerance and mutual understanding between people of all religions, convictions and beliefs.
Council highlights from the meeting held on November 24, 2025
Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice that it intends to lease approximately 700 square feet of commercial space at 7167 Pioneer Avenue, commonly known as the Aberdeen Centre, and legally described as Lot 1, Plan Number NWP74597, District Lot 19, Land District 59, to Len Davidiuk for the purpose of commercial space.
On October 28, 2025, Mayor Pranger was pleased to attend the inaugural Fraser Valley East Inclusive Employer Awards.
