    Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice that it intends to lease approximately 700 square feet of commercial space at 7167 Pioneer Avenue, commonly known as the Aberdeen Centre, and legally described as Lot 1, Plan Number NWP74597, District Lot 19, Land District 59, to Len Davidiuk for the purpose of commercial space.
