Will I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required for all rentals. Please visit your local insurance agency for current rates and applications.
Do I need a security deposit? How much is it?
A minimum deposit of 10% may be required for facility and field rentals.
What is the cancellation policy?
For ongoing rentals, a full refund less administrative fee will be issued for cancellations provided in writing at least 72 hours prior to the first session.
For one-time rentals, a full refund less administrative fee will be issued for cancellations received in writing at least 60 days prior to the event.
Can I get a Special Events Permit?
