Application for a Permanent Change to a Food Primary Licence
What’s Happening?
The District of Kent has received a referral from the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch regarding an application by The Broken Whisk Restaurant for a permanent change to its existing Food Primary Liquor Licence No. 308577 at 7205 Pioneer Avenue, Agassiz.
The applicant is seeking a Patron Participation Entertainment Endorsement to permit trivia nights, music bingo and occasional live music within the covered patio service area.
District of Kent Council is expected to consider the application at its October 14, 2026 meeting. Written comments received by the deadline below will be considered as part of the District’s review before Council provides its recommendation to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch.
