NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Cannabis Retail Store Licence – Agassiz Cannabis Co.

The Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) has referred the following application to the District of Kent for comment:

Applicant / Business: 1359815 B.C. Ltd. (Agassiz Cannabis Co.)

Proposed Location: 6942 Pioneer Avenue, Agassiz BC V0M 1A3

Type of Licence: Cannabis Retail Store Licence

Hours of Operation (proposed): 9:30AM-9:30PM, 7 days a week

The District of Kent invites written comments from residents and property owners regarding this application.

Comments must be received by 12:30 PM November 10, 2025.
All written submissions will be provided to Council for their consideration prior to making a recommendation to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. At the time of publishing, due to the Canada Post strike, mailing in written comments is not
recommended.
