Public Hearing - Proposed ALR Exclusion - 846 Tuyttens Rd

The Council of the District of Kent will be holding a Public Hearing on February 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM for:

• To consider referral of the Agricultural Land Reserve exclusion application for 846 Tuyttens Road to the Agricultural Land Commission.

If approved:

• If approved by the Agricultural Land Commission, the hillside portion of 846 Tuyttens will be excluded from the Agricultural Land Reserve to facilitate a subdivision.
