Public Hearing - Amendment BYLAWS 1508.28 & 1723

The Council of the District of Kent will be holding a Public Hearing on October 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM for:

• District of Kent Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1723
• OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 1508.28

If adopted:

• Bylaw 1508.28 would change the subject property's OCP designation from Resource Management/Agriculture to
  Residential – Rural/Agriculture.

• Bylaw 1723 is proposed to rezone the subject property from Resource Management (RM) to Rural Residential 2 (RR2) and permit a site specific exemption for the 5 proposed lots that would allow a minimum lot sizes ranging from 0.8 ha to 1.6 ha.
