Due to the Canada Post strike we are unable to mail out letters to residents who have outstanding utilities or taxes.

All outstanding property taxes and utilities will be subject to interest as of December 31, 2024.

Unsure if you have outstanding property taxes and/or utilities? Use our online Property Information System to view your account balance at: https://icityonline.aspgov.com/kent/live/LinkRegister.aspx or give us a call at 604-796-2235

Payment can be made:

• Online or in person at your financial institution
• In person at our office (7170 Cheam Avenue)
• By credit card online through PaySimply (Service fees will apply)

If you are eligible and have not yet claimed your 2023 or 2024 Homeowner Grant, please do so prior to December 31, 2024. The grant should be claimed even if the taxes are unpaid. Visit www2.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or call 1-888-355-2700. As of January 1, 2025, the 2023 Homeowner Grant will no longer be eligible to be claimed.
