Notice of Road Closure - Sutherland Road

Postponed until further notice

Please be advised that the District of Kent will be performing road reconstruction on Sutherland Road between Lougheed Highway and the MS1 Ditch, located near the southern property ling of 2556 Sutherland Road. Work is expected to commence on April 18th and is expected to be complete by May 31, 2022.

The road surface will be repaved at a later following the completion of the road reconstruction. A separate notification will follow.

Local traffic will be permitted as work is not expected to block access to any property located along Sutherland Road. However, short segments of Sutherland Road may be temporarily closed, which will require vehicle and pedestrian traffic to be re-routed via Humphrey Road and Cameron road as per onsite signage. We appreciate your patience and understanding as the District of Kent completes these important infrastructure improvements.
