Notice of Public Hearing: Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1698

Council of the District of Kent will be holding a public hearing on July 18th, 2022 at 7:00 PM for:

• District of Kent Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1698, 2022.

In general, Bylaw 1698 proposes to allow an agri-tourism accommodation use on properties equal to or greater than 0.8 hectares within the ALR subject to meeting applicable regulations.
