Notice of Public Hearing: Amendment of Bylaw 1709

The Council of the District of Kent will be holding a Public Hearing on April 12, 2023 at 7:00 PM for:

• District of Kent Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1709, 2022.

If adopted, it would rezone 7229 Morrow Road from Single-Dwelling Residential 1 (RS1) to Multiple Dwelling Residential 2 (RM2) to facilitate future densification of the property, which could include a proposal for a multi-unit 4-storey housing facility for seniors and people with disabilities.
