Notice of Public Hearing: Amendment of Bylaw 1706

The Council of the District of Kent will be holding a Public Hearing on January 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM for:

• District of Kent Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1706, 2022.

If adopted, Bylaw 1706 would rezone the 7449 Morrow Road from Single-Dwelling Residential 1 (RS1) to Multiple Dwelling Residential (RM1) to facilitate a future townhouse development.
