Notice of Development Variance Permit Application: 7571 Morrow Rd
The Council of the District of Kent has received an application for a Development Variance Permit to facilitate the placement of a portable classroom located at 7571 Morrow Road and grant the following variances to the Zoning Bylaw No. 1219, 2001:
- Reduce the rear lot line setback from 6.0 metres to 1.5 metres
- Reduce the interior lot line setback from 6.0 metres to 1.5 metres
