Half Mast for Former Councilor Ted Westlin

The flags at District of Kent facilities will be lowered to half-mast this weekend in honour of late former Councillor Ted Westlin, who passed at the age of 91 on January 23, 2024. Mr. Westlin made significant contributions to this community through his service on Council, his role as a teacher at Agassiz Elementary Secondary School, and his involvement in the District’s Drainage Committee. Mr. Westlin’s celebration of life will be held on April 13, 2024 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM held at Agassiz Legion Branch 32.
