Half Mast for Constable Rick O’Brien
The flags at District of Kent facilities are at half-mast in honour of Constable Rick O’Brien, the Ridge Meadows Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer who died while on duty on September 22, 2023, in Coquitlam, BC.
