Learn more about how you can FireSmart your property by implementing some simple and easy FireSmart principles and best landscape practices. Trained Agassiz Fire Department firefighters will be on hand to help guide you through the process.

Be sure to swing by to check out our new sprinkler protection unit (SPU)! Grant funding has allowed the Agassiz Fire Department to acquire a SPU to better protect our community in the event of a interface wildfire.

The Agassiz Fire Department Society will be hosting a car wash with the Agassiz Baseball Association and the minors that are playing. All funds raised will fuel new gear, fresh balls, and snazzy uniforms. Hungry? We’ve got that covered as well. The Agassiz Fire Department BBQ and team of chefs will be on hand grilling hot dogs and smokies.

Finally, because we are partnered with our local baseball superstars, we have brought a dunk tank for everyone to test their throwing arms with a chance to send someone for a swim into the tank!
