Notice of Proposed Land Dispositions

Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice that it intends to lease the following properties:

6970 Lougheed Highway:

Legally described as South Easterly 1/3 Lot 'B' Block 3 District Lot 19 Group 1 Yale Division Yale District Plan 641 Having Frontage Of 50 Feet On The Hot Springs Road And A Uniform Depth of 132 Feet to C. Norwood. The lease shall be over a sixty (60) month period commencing July 1, 2025 at a minimum annual rate of $14,160.


6960 Lougheed Highway:

Legally described as South Easterly 2/3 Lot 'B' Block 3 District Lot 19 Group 1 Yale Division Yale District Plan 641 Having Frontage Of 50 Feet On The Hot Springs Road And A Uniform Depth of 132 Feet to T. DeBungie. The lease shall be over a sixty (60) month period commencing September 1, 2025 at a minimum annual rate of $13,428.
