6660 Pioneer Ave - Office Space - Proposed Land Disposition

Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice that it intends to lease 96 square feet of office space at the Community Recreation and Cultural Centre (CRCC) located at 6660 Pioneer Avenue and legally described as Plan Number LMP44983, District Lot 19, Land District 59 to Chilliwack Community Services for the purpose of a not for profit childcare resource and referral program.

The hatched area below shows the entire CRCC building, in which the office space is located in.

The lease shall be over a twelve (12) month period, commencing June 1, 2024 for a minimum total sum of $3,024. The lease has an option to renew for another twelve (12) month period.

This is not a request for public tender.
