Bylaw 1508.26 would amend the OCP Residential – Multi-Family Policy #5 to allow a maximum density of 150-175 units per hectare subject to utility services and #8 to generally limit building heights to six storeys.
Bylaw 1741 would amend the zoning bylaw to add a Multiple Dwelling Residential 3 (RM3) Zone and to add amenity spaces in multiple dwelling developments.
