Half Mast for Freedom of the District of Kent Recipient Neil Brewer

Freedom of the District of Kent recipient Neil Brewer, who went above and beyond the call of duty during his 35 years as a manager with the Kent-Harrison Search and Rescue Team, has sadly passed. In honour of Neil Brewer and his achievement of receiving the Freedom of the District of Kent, the flags at District of Kent facilities will be lowered to half-mast. More details will be shared soon.
