Mayor Pranger also commended the Agassiz Elementary Secondary School boys' 200m medley relay team for achieving first place in the Eastern Fraser Valley Zone Meet. Going into the Provincial Championships, the team was in 22nd place and finished in 19th place. This is an amazing accomplishment for a school that does not have access to a year-round pool. The District can't wait to see what can be achieved once the Lets'emot Regional Recreation and Aquatic Centre is completed. To learn how you can help fill the pool, visit: www.kentbc.ca/fillthepool
