Proposed Land Disposition

Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notice that it intends to continue to lease 5085 Cemetery Road and legally described as approximately 12 acres of land lying to the north of Cemetery Road covering a portion of NE ¼ of Sec. 34 and NW ¼ of Sec. 35 TP 3, R29 W6M, Except for Lot “A” Plan 4789, Lot 1 Plan 79737, Lot 5 BCP 41055, Lot 3 BCP 11468, Lot 2 BCP 4429, Lot 4 BCP 27720, BCP 4428, and a portion of REM.1 BCP4429 to the south and west of the leased property.  

The purpose of this lease is for the operation of a motorcross track by the BC Oldtimers Club, for a six-year period at a nominal fee of $5.00.
