Pursuant to the Community Charter, the District of Kent gives notification that the assessment rolls listing the names and addresses for all properties subject to 2022 parcel taxes for the following service areas will be certified on March 28, 2022, at 3:00 PM in Council Chambers at Municipal Hall, 7170 Cheam Avenue, Agassiz, BC.
The rolls may be inspected at the Reception Counter of Municipal Hall, 7170 Cheam Avenue, Agassiz, BC during its regular office hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Property owners must submit in writing to the District at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time appointed for the sitting of the Tax Review Panel if they wish to request to amend the roll with respect to their property for any of the following reasons:
If no amendment requests are received by the appointed time, then the 2022 parcel tax rolls are deemed to be authenticated by the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel and the meeting will be adjourned.
