Mayor and Council welcome any individual or group to make a presentation at regular meetings to share thoughts, concerns, program initiatives or other news of local interest.
Presentation Guidelines
- 15 minute maximum time limit per delegation. Council may permit up to two delegations per meeting.
- Supporting documents or materials (i.e.: PowerPoint) must be received by 12 noon the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
- Communications should be addressed to the Chair (or “Your Worship”)
- Council may not immediately respond to requests made during the presentation.
Complete the delegation form and the Executive Assistant will contact you to confirm the date and time of the Council meeting for your presentation.
